My Water Usage

Everyday I take a shower anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes and realized that if my showers were under 5 minutes long I would save a lot of clean water that I could possibly donate to others. I also thought about how Americans as a whole waste water. Instead of letting the rain clean our cars we decide to go to the car wash. We build large elaborate fountains to look nice in front of buildings or malls but will waste water using them. I feel that if Americans understood how other places in the world are struggling to find clean water we would all try to make a difference. If we educated people to really understand how bad the situation in these poor countries were people would be more willing to help
